Real estate investment is not included in any list high school electives. Real estate investing can’t be accredited. It is unlikely that a college or high-school guidance counselor will recommend a career with real estate investing.
The U.S. education system and curriculum is not designed to help students “get a job.” Unfortunately, “Making Money 101” is not offered. A class in How to Become Financially Independent is not offered. The class “How To Succeed When Everyone Else Fails” was never taught. During my 10 years spent in university classes, I learned nothing about becoming a successful entrepreneur or making a living as a wealthy person. I became multi-millionaire after learning how to real estate invest. This education cost me out-of pocket and outside-of the classroom. These skills were learned in the University of Hard Knocks by trial-and err.
Never discount the expense of education. There is no free lunch. This knowledge cannot be learned in a classroom. It will also cost you money to learn how to make your own money. If you think education costs are too high, then you need to consider the cost for ignorance.
It doesn’t take much to learn how to invest in real estate. Yes, they charge a lot for the three-day seminars and weeks-long Boot camps. This is pocket money, compared with the fees they’ll want to collect from your later. You will be targeted by all real estate investing seminars as a candidate in “real estate investment coaching.” They charge as much as $25,000 to $50,000 per year for coaching. You may be assigned to “coaching” for a child who is still wet behind the ears to call you each week or every month and to hold your hands and explain to you what common sense, persistence and hard work should tell you. I don’t think I’m exaggerating the educational system for real estate investment. I am an expert on it. Many of the “gurus” are people I know personally. It has been my life for 25+ years. Because the promoters have deep pockets in the market, I think the fees are exorbitant.
25 years ago when I started my real-estate investing career, there were no real estate investing TV informationmercials available and very few real estate investor seminars. Mark Haroldsen was following a growing trend, which was initiated by Nick Nickerson (Al Lowry) and held occasional real estate investing seminar across the nation. Later Robert Allen expanded this industry. Robert Allen promoted real property investing conventions throughout the U.S. Robert Allen found a market in high-end real estate investing information packages, complete with tapes and notebooks. Television infomercials, expensive seminars, outrageous coaching fees, and other bizarre activities followed. People who wish to invest in real property are often not satisfied with the salary they receive from their Dullsville job.
These “want-bees” often find that they can learn more about real estate investing from other sources than what they had imagined.
It is possible to acquire real estate investing skills without ever being taught in school. It is one of the most successful careers on Planet Earth. Since families are more likely to live in houses than caves, there is an abundance of houses for sale. It is hard to find a better way to improve America’s dreadful housing situation than real estate investing to fix up properties.Get more Information at http://guglu.ca.
A visionary with entrepreneurial ambitions often finds a way to live beyond the job. There are many options for learning other than expensive seminars or coaching.
