All sales are subject to the following terms and conditions which supersede any previously issued. Postage/Shipping We try to keep these to a minimum, for UK mainland we use Royal Mail first class post up to a certain weight. Heavier packages are sent by either Parcel Force or by local courier. International and European packages will be sent by airmail as experience has shown that our customers usually prefer to receive their goods within a few days of ordering, rather than waiting anything from 4 to 8 weeks for surface mail delivery. Privacy Policy Sweetshopdirect guarantee not to disclose any of your details whatsoever to third parties. Only address details are required for processing your order. Payment Methods Payments can be made by credit or debit card or by personal cheque (UK only). Card payments will be processed securely online by one of the leading companies in this field. WORLDPAY. Payments are encrypted for your security and at no time are any of your details passed to us or any third parties. When shopping from aboard your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own local currency. Refunds and Returns Policy In the event that you are not entirely happy with any purchase. Please inform us of the problem as soon as possible by either e-mail or telephone. We will normally ask you to return the product in it's original packaging clearly stating the problem. Nut Allergies Due to the variety of manufactures and suppliers that we use we can not guarantee that the products supplied to you will not contain traces of nuts or nut oil. Out of Stock Products In the event of being out of stock of certain lines we will normally hold your order for a few days until we can complete it and despatch it in it's entirety. In the unlikely event of lines being out of stock for more than a few days, we will despatch your order and send on your remaining items as soon as possible.
